Oh believe me they are quite breedable. I have two boxes full of sableye eggs. Sableye is a regular pokemon so yes he is breedable. Would you like one or more? Also I can give you the shiny piplup now too:)
 
@dragonomega- yea I meant any shiny:) But I already got a shiny pichu so can I pick something else? Do you still have a trade thread?
