I got volume 1 of the manga not too long ago, and this stuff is awesome! What's weird though, is that I had Yotsuba&! first before I found out that the author also did AzuDai.

And now, I am SERIOUSLY thinking about getting the anime on DVD.

As for Sakaki, she has a nice set of....*shot*

They're all so freaking cute. I have no favorite.

From what I know now, no.
