Baby Challenge! 8D

Hey everyone, welcome to the Baby Challenge! I'm pretty sure this hasn't been done recently... DX;

GOAL: Beat the Elite 4 with BABY POKEMON. D:

RULES
1. You can choose any Pokemon Game that has BABY POKEMON in it! 8D YAY! So, basically, GSC on.





2. You may only have baby Pokemon on your team! Baby Pokemon are:

• Pichu
• Cleffa
• Igglybuff
• Togepi
• Tyrogue
• Smoochum
• Elekid
• Magby
• Azurill
• Wynaut
• Budew
• Chingling
• Bonsly
• Mime Jr.
• Happiny
• Munchlax
• Riolu
• Mantyke

3. You may have up to two HM slaves, but you must not use them for battle. Thanks to Amberfunk for pointing out the flaws with this rule. ^_^;
4. You can have as many or as few Baby Pokemon as you want! You can have 6, 5, 8, 1 whatever!
5. You can catch non-babies, but you CAN'T use them to fight. You can use them to breed baby Pokemon, anddd, that's about it.
6. You can transfer ONE Pokemon to your game from any other game. For example, you may transfer a Marill to breed an Azurill later on, etc. If it's not a baby, however, you can't use it. NOTE: When breeding and transferring, there must be NO hacking. And to make it extra challenging, avoid breeding with special egg moves.
7. You must have your first Baby Pokemon before battling the first gym leader. So that means you can use whatever Pokemon you want up until that point, but you aren't allowed to fight the first gym leader with those non-babies.
8. Please give us a team update every two gyms. :3

8D; Yes, I am. I just didn't want to post it in the OP because... Well, that would feel silly.

So, here is my form!

Username: Phantom Poodle
Game: Pokemon Pearl

And here is my tiny... update thus far. XD

I decided to have my starting baby Pokemon be Azurill, so I grabbed my Platinum, caught two Marill and bred them with the Sea Incense in order to get my baby Azurill. She is a Timid female who I named Mulberry. :3

I then rushed through the opening of Pearl, choosing Chimchar, catching a Starly, and hopping over to the Wireless Room to trade my Chimchar to my Platinum and receive Mulberry. I deposit my Starly and... That's all for now. XD I will update when I get through the first two gyms! 83

Is it really fair that you can trade pokemon from other games? It seems like an unfair advantage.

You cannot do this challenge with the original gold, silver and crystal if you are only allowing baby pokemon to be used for hm slaves. Azurill,mantyke and munchlax are the only ones that can learn the water hms. You need surf, waterfall and whirlpool to get through the games and they are not available until the third and fourth generations of pokemon. So really you can only do this challenge with sapphire, ruby, emerald, platinum, diamond, pearl, heartgold and soulsilver if you only want people to use baby pokemon as hm slaves and you should allow to transfer more that one baby pokmon as you need the incenses to breed most of those pokemon. Budew is the only baby that can learn cut. Here is what hms the baby pokemon can use

Thanks everybody for pointing out the flaws. I will change it ASAP. :)

-Machomuu: I don't think it's that unfair of an advantage. :S In my game, I have already used my transfer to get an Azurill I bred in another game. Now I won't be able to get any more Pokemon, according to the rules. And now I'm struggling to use my Lv. 1 Azurill to fight Bidoofs and Starlys, so... If you are suggesting that the Pokemon doesn't have a super uber move set that you transfer over, then I can definitely change the rules about that, as I did nothing special to the Azurill I transferred over.
