do you mean Regigigas is EV trained? because it suppose to come at level 100.
my palkia isn't shiny and i don't knoe if it holding Lustrous Orb,however i can give you this item from other game.
anyway, since i'm cloning in my pearl game, register my pear FC.

It has TM moves, but it's level 100 and not EV trained. Also, please wait because I'm still doing another trade to others, I'll PM you when I'm ready. Also, don't give me the item, it's ok with me. ^^

I have got, Shiny modest UT eevee (level 18), Shiny modest UT (JAP) eevee (level 22), Shiny lvl 1 mild UT cyndaquil NN krakatoa, Shiny UT lvl 1 modest piplup, Shiny UT lvl 18 adamant tyrogue, Shiny UT lvl 1 (JAP) jolteon, let me know if youre interested in any.
