Thanks to Smogon's beta site and Shoddy I'm back into compeditive play. This is my first D/P level team, and it probably sucks pretty bad. I haven't tested it out just yet.

Yay lapras, haven't seen it in ages. Likin the team btw

Forgive me, but this team seems 100% offence-orientated, with a Tanky/Heal Beller Lapras. Possibly replace one special sweeper and one physical sweeper for their respective walls?

Don't use the Endure + Reversal strategy. It is torn into pieces in competitive play because of Sand Streamers, Status Inflictions and whatnot.

Use Thunderbolt over Thunder on Lapras. And personally I like Surf over Hydro Pump on Lapras and Empoleon; more PP and higher accuracy traded for power sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

hmm, Lucario is immune to Sand Stream, so that isn't a problem. There are a lot more priority moves out there to consider for Reversalers, as well as Hail.

You do know Lucario is resistant to Sandstorm, right?

The status thing could be solved by placing Substitute over Endure.

Edit: Awww...nevermind Toothache beat me to it >_<

    Expert Belt on Gengar?

    Gengar @ Wide Lens (M)
    Trait: Levitate
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Hypnosis
    - Thunderbolt
    - Focus Blast
    - HP Ice/Energy Ball...

Erm. We're talking about Lucario now?

    Lucario @ Life Orb (M)
    Trait: Steadfast
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, Def)
    - Close Combat
    - Extremespeed
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Dark Pulse.. Salac Berry is useless when you have Steadfast..

Agility Lucario is always an option

Choice Band Extremespeed is also a beast, run it with Bullet Punch to obliterate Rock type that block Extremespeed.

Choice Scarf Lucario with Close Combat ftw

Cool ideas. And yes, when you have all attacks like that, then Choice Items are an option too.

Steadfast seems too unreliable to me... I don't like having to depend on a flinch.

This team absolutely NEEDS a physical and special wall. Also there is no Spikespinner on this team.

there are only 2 spikespinners, literally. You don't actusally need a spiker or SRer you know...

But you are right, the walls have gobne missing!

    Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers ** Ironwing
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Drill Peck
    - Rest
    - Roar
    - Spikes

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers ** Blisspuff
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Aromatherapy
    - Ice Beam
    - Seismic Toss
    - Softboiled

Teh skarmbliss. Yeah it's OU extreme, but it is SO good ;)
