This card allows much more control in a pyroar deck, running a 4-3/1 line, or something like that.
Problem is, You can't really do much with the energy attached to the thing, and it ends up being lysandre food, even though its a lysandre itself.

I haven't really faced a pyrorar deck in a long time, but from what I know this card can be devastating if you aren't careful. Don't put jirachi EX down when you see this in play :P

That weak HP pretty much kills all of its usefulness.
