[Other] Ball effectiveness in generation I games

    I'm kinda new to assembly hacking and I've tried to make Great Balls and Ultra Balls more effective, though ultimately I'm unable to read Gameboy Scripts, so I'm unable to go further than finding where what I wanna change is.

    Does someone know how to do this?
