    Just out of curosity,I would like to know if administrators can get banned
    for breaking rules.Please tell me if this is SPAM.
     
    If they were breaking rules badly enough, then yes, they would be eventually banned. However, as already mentioned...it's highly unlikely they'd be doing enough to earn a ban in the first place; if someone can't be trusted not to cause trouble, then they'd have a hard time getting into an administrative position in the first place.

    This could have easily been put into the thread about staff that already exists, so...
