i use Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8, i got a couple of other programs that are better than PSP8 but their still to complicated to me ><;; but hey who know maybe one day ill figure them out :\

No that last one is not meant to insult May.It's just the only picture I could find that suited my banners purposes.
