    This is an idea I came up with:

    To help advertise PC we should hold a contest for people to make a Button, a Banner or a blinkie. It could be either an animation or just a picture. You could link it like this: < a href="https://www.pokecommunity.com" >
    < img src="https://www.yourpicturehere.com" ></a> The winners could have their pictures posted somewhere for people to copy and put on their webpages. ^^;

    hmmm a contest.. sounds good..

    now to decide on prizes... any ideas?

    Guys dont say a special name cause we already have way to many usergroups!!! We dont need any more.

    I really like this idea. And the winners buttons could be the "offical" pc buttons :)

    Well How about the best Graphics designer gets to be the Mod of Graphics Forum.
    No that's too much. Maybe steve can grant him a little space for free(Hosting)

    The only problem i see is that a lot of the buttons on the buttons page have been made by other members. Introducing prizes now may be seen as unfair to those who have already had their buttons accepted ^^;

    Mod? *sigh* I don't know about the rest of the mods, but I'd be thoroughly peeved off if somebody got modded by winning a contest, while I earned my modship, as did the rest of the staff.

    I think a usergroup (not shown on the Forum Leaders page, no colour, bold, or italics) with the title of "PC Button Artist" should suffice. ^_^;

    no thanks! i dont no what your saying and i dont fill like it eee :cross-eye

    Flora, i've moved your thread to New Users: https://www.pokecommunity.com/posts/842157 so post there please (you muts stay on topic of the thread that you post in, and this is about submitting buttons)
    Please read the rules found on the blue nav bar under the top banner of this layout.

    PGN That Sounds like a Good Idea, but wait this is something better. The User Gets a Rank "PC Button Artist" and also he can have a Custom-Title of any color of his choice.

    I like it. Whilst I myself won't be able to come up with anything, I'm sure that the rest of PC will be able to do stuff. ^_^ As for the prize... an italiced coloured name (but not bold, since they're not staff) would probably do for me if I was an artist and whatnot ^_^

    I think an italic title saying "PC Button/Banner Artist" would be cool, but not coloured username as it would only cause more confusion

    Well, why do the community supporters get a green italiced name? Both the Banner Artists are bringing something to PC. The supporters bring income, and the artists bring advertising. I for one think it's unfair if the artists don't get a title :(

    But look how many buttons we have for PC -if this many buttons are coming in from members it'll become crazy with coloured names ^^;
    We already have problems in that people still think donators are staff..the confusion isn't really worth it..only a couple of people donate money to PC so we only have a couple of green names.
    I think that a nice title saying PC Artist is enough ^^;
