Hey everybody, BastilleFanboy123 here to give you his uninteresting opinion in this glorious new album!

There are 19 tracks in the complete version, and i will be going from worst(or the lamest) to best. So here we go.

    19. Campus

"Just another brain in the campus, just another man in the field."

I never thought i'd say this, but Bastille actually made a BAD song. It's the only bad song in their entire career. As you can see, i dislike Campus because it's uninteresting and just bad sounding. The intro sounds promising, but trust me, the song doesn't have any promises.

    18. Oil On Water

"We're screens away but we're laughing with her."

A song about a comedy sex blog. Quite interesting, right? Yes. The song itself isn't bad, it's just a moody 2-minute song talking about some girl having sex with a lot of guys and posting her adventures on a blog. The idea for the song is original and pretty surprising, but the song itself isn't really that much of a rollercoaster.

    17. An Act of Kindness

"Oh, i kinda thought this would turn me around, and now it follows me everyday."

An Act of Kindness starts off pretty mellow. It eventually gets better when Dan says "and now it follows me everyday", but there's nothing much else to it.

    16. Winter of Our Youth

"I'm peddling backwards, even if i'm peddling alone."

This is like an upgrade of An Act Of Kindness. By the way, Campus is the only bad song in the album. Oil On Water is simply the lamest. This list is really hard to do.

    15. Warmth

"Deafen me with music, until i'm lost in the heat of the moment."

Alright, getting to a little more upbeat rhythm, Warmth is simply underrated. It has a weirdly nice intro, but the rest of the song is not much to really get down to. I can get some enjoyment out of it, though.

    14. Shame

"And i don't like what i'm seeing lately, i don't like who i'm seeing lately."

Shame is super animated and opens up the rest of the list that has all the good songs. It's that one underrated penultimate song in the album, yet i consider the last song better than this one.

    13. The Anchor

"You are the light that is blinding me, you're the anchor that i tie to my brain."

The Anchor is the last song of the album, and a really great way to finish it off. It has some pretty neat lyrics, along with a pretty good rhythm with trumpets that just make it a song to really be listening more than once.

    12. Two Evils

"You and i, you and i, we're not that different, you and i."

Two Evils is the shortest song in the album. Aside from having some pretty nice lyrics and a cool-sounding guitar, that's actually quite it. But it's a nice song overall.

    11. Four Walls

"What you have done is terrible, and now you carry it with you."

Four Walls is 100% superior to Two Evils. It's one of the longest songs in the album, has more instruments, more interesting lyrics, and a way better beat. Although Bastille's upbeat songs are usually their best work, Four Walls gives the calmer songs a pretty respectable view over them.

    10. Lethargy

"You told me not to be like anybody else, head spin, happiness, death."

Lethargy is one of the most upbeat songs in the album, but still a rather underrated song. It's very fun to listen to it, and it gives me goosebumps sometimes. From now on, only the best songs make it to the other positions.

    9. Snakes

"Show me distraction, even for just one night."

Meet Snakes, the song that kicks off the best part of the list. It's not as happy and as upbeat as Lethargy, but it has better lyrics and interpretation overall. Another one that gives me goosebumps sometimes.

    8. Blame

"Sitting next to this gun beats your heart in your mouth."

Dan said this is a song about a small gang war. I was rather confused. Anyways, onto the song. Blame is one of the shortest songs in the album, but when it comes to music, length isn't everything. It's not exactly upbeat, it presents a heavier kind of rhythm than the other songs.

    7. Good Grief

"Every minute and every hour, i miss you, i miss you, i miss you more."

Here it is, the most played song of the entire album: Good Grief. Being the first track they put out for everyone to see in 2016, Good Grief presents everything you expect in a Bastille song. Very catchy, well-made and a really cool music video. But hold on, there are six more songs that top it.

    6. The Currents

"I'm swimming to the surface, i'm coming up for air, because you're making me feel nervous, i need to clear my head.

The Currents is indeed better than Good Grief, in my opinion. When i heard their VEVO Presents version, i thought it wasn't solid enough. Then i listened to the studio version. God, what a song. The Currents presents a pretty upbeat and nice rhythm, along with some awesome lyrics.

    5. Send Them Off!

"Set me free from my jealousy, won't you exorcise my mind..."

Ok, guys. Send Them Off opens up the last part of the list: The best songs of the entire goddamn year. In my opinion, of course. Send Them Off has a really strange music video. But the song makes up for every imperfection. The lyrics are beautiful and really awesome, and the rhythm isn't too explosive and happy, but more toned down to a calm, but still very impressive rhythm. The main attraction of the song? Dan's voice, obviously.

    4. Fake It

"Show me joy, flower through disarray."

The music video won it for me. Fake It has the best music video out of all of the songs currently. I know many people will say the song is about Donald Trump because the guy does look a lot like him, but it's not about him. The beat of Fake It goes like the journalist in the video. Begins calm, then gets a more aggressive tone towards the end of it. And the lyrics? Beautiful. I have to say, props for the guy who did the journalist. He's a really good actor.

    3. Way Beyond

"Have you and i been sleepwalking way too long, won't someone pour ice water on me."

The predecessor of Oil On Water. Way Beyond is the most exciting and upbeat song in the album. The intro of the song is extremely awesome, and Dan's voice just makes me cry here. This is the third entry. Brace yourselves.

    2. Power

"Woah, the air is on fire, this room feels electric, cold here in your sights..."

The decision i had to make between this and the number one spot was one of the toughest decisions i had to make in my life. But i personally think they're equal in a way. Power has easily the best chorus in the whole album and also the best guitar of the whole album. The lyrics are pure genius, and Dan singing them makes it for some of the best vocals in the entire album.

And now, here it comes. The number one. The best song in the whole entire album. Are you all ready for this? Here it goes.

    1. Glory

"You make me laugh until i die, can you think of any better way to choke?"

Here it is. How can i describe this? This song is perfect in nearly every single way. The intro is the best intro in the whole album, the rhythm once again isn't explosive like some songs like Lethargy, and Dan's voice is once again perfect. Second best guitar in the album, too. Honestly, this and Power don't share that many differences, they're both the best songs in the album. But Glory just happened to be a little better. Why?

    The lyrics.

All the pride and love i have on this song is on the lyrics. They are simply beautiful. It also happens to be the longest song of the album, and i'm considering making it my favorite Bastille song of all time. It's the best of Wild World.

So that's it for the review. If you wanna post your opinion on the album, go ahead and post it, this is just my opinion. I know people are turned to more famous bands, but Bastille still does a great job and wrecks some superfamous bands really easily in terms of music. But every band has their genre.
