I don't think anyone is going to help you because you shouldn't be battling hacked Pokemon anyways, if he has an account on the forums report him, otherwise come up with something yourself, your move sets aren't bad so if you just send out the right Pokemon at the right time you should have no trouble. Also, since they hack, all their Pokemon might have maxed out stats and 999 in all stats...
