I hate people that dont take their losses when they're handed to them. Toxic spikes set up, your rapid spinner dead, my wish healer healing everything, and me up 4-1.

Help

Hi can anyone help me on a problem with ev training. I am unsure how to ev train a low level pokemon such as a lvl 1. I have heard various things about exp share but i am still not 100 % certain of how it works.
