when will you be recording? because while it's always a pleasure to battle, i'd like to go on youtube.. finally...

Good game, Opdi. It seems you are the only one who doesn't hack their Snorlax, and for that I heavily respect you. You definetly got better.

Lol, my snorlax isn't that good either xD I usualy use Cresselia but then I remembered that you didn't want legends. Great battle though.
 
Do you want to battle now? No legends and standard competitive rules?
 
my snorlax isn't hacked :/ there isn't a way to hack moves like body slam anyway, at least I wouldn't know it. but it does have 30% paralyze rate that's the only way i can explain why it paralyzes your pokemon.

i just got out of a battle with aragorn and body slam hit gyarados 3 times and didn't paralyze it once. :/

anyway, let me know when you're ready to tape a battle.
 
I dunno, C_Dog, I'm not directly saying you hack. Only that it might be accidental. For example, if Snorlax had Serene Grace, or if you somehow raised the paraylze rate on Body Slam to 80%. Either one would explain it. Still, I can't help but feel as though you hack, if only mildly. Maybe it's just Murphy's Law. That Murphy is such a douche.

well, i don't :/ and my snorlax has immunity. you can ask punishment/kevin. and i didn't raise its paralyze rate(if you can even do such thing). I wouldn't want to win like that anyway.

haha, I wasn't that good. But thank you for saying so! If only I would have remembered that Cema's Metagross has maxed Defense EVs... I never would have sent Dugtrio in right off the bat.

All I know is that I'm extremely happy with my newly revamped team... Claydol is gone, which means my team doesn't have the walling power it did before (although my team is faster and packs a lot more of a punch), but they seem to support each other so well. Although, don't think you guys have seen the last of Claydol... he's sure to pop up now and again to say hello! ;)

One thing I've learned is that there seems to be teams that almost inherently counter other teams. Like you, c_dog, it seems like your team was invented to take on my team... which is why I think I have so much trouble with it. That, and forgetting about Ice Shard on Donphan... twice. I think your team might very well be just a natural counter to mine.
 
@richard: well, i wouldn't say my team counters your team.. XP i mean it's always close and always competitive, and i always felt it could go either way, you know?

Oh, I agree somewhat... I posted this in my thread also, just to not spam up Cema's thread, but I forgot that Dugtrio survived Flamethrower from Charizard with enough to use Stone Edge... which missed. Am I right? If that wouldn't have missed, the tables could have turned completely, because that would have KOed Charizard without a doubt.

oh and you really need to teach your garchomp fire blast, cema. kinda sucks when the only counters you have for skarmory is a bulky water and a fragile psychic.

I love Queen... and that's perhaps my favorite song by them.

Apparently there's not too many old school rock fans, judging from that douche who commented our video. :P

I'd rather have that song than something by Avril Lavigne, or that lame song "Sugar we're going down swinging", or however the hell it goes. I'll stick to music that's actually cool. ;) Too bad nothing by Billy Joel would really be fitting to a Pokemon battle. *sigh*
