Well you should know how to counter a Breloom then, wouldn't you?
And people who ban Spore don't understand Pokémon, just like people who ban legendaries.

It's sleep clause. Its a standardised clause for competative battlers. It basically means you can put 1 pokemon to sleep at a time.
