EDIT: Although I'm not too familiar with Mafia as of yet, I feel that if you do give vanilla roles, you should make it balanced. So, maybe 1 Mafia Vanilla and 1-2 Innocent Vanilla.

11 or 12 innocents, 3 or 4 mafia, and 1-2 third party sounds good.
