1st Gen Battle Prof. Oak in Pokemon Red/Blue

I've seen the code before, but I didn't know he was like, an actual trainer, I thought he was a glitch or something. Cool.

I Think It Needs More Studying, Does Oak Have The Same Pkmn In Every Version (Inculding Yellow And Green) ??
