Moving this to in-game team help. :)

Since you're going for a mixed Dragonite, you'd be better off with the all-out offensive attack, Draco Meteor for STAB and Fire Blast for coverage. While Superpower and Extremespeed work well for a competitive nite, technically you won't be facing that many Blissey in the Subway, nor will you really be outsped often due to EVing it in speed - so you could go with Roost to utilise Multiscale and anything else really. If you want, Outrage/Dragon Dance/Fire Punch/Roost would be probably the best set for the Subway for surviving the Subway overall. You'd have to remove the spA evs, but it'd be worth it for you imo. As for item, either Life Orb or Lum Berry - since status in general is bad for nite and just covering confusion doesn't really help. :(

Blissey's purpose is usually to support the rest of your team. How about giving it Aromatherapy to help out Dragonite to fully utilise its multiscale, since Blissey's purpose isn't really to set up screens (or Wish, to heal ttar, because nite can heal itself). Try seismic toss instead of focus blast too for consistent damage (aka needs to be migrated over though), if not, then go for Wish and Aromatherapy for double support and hope that you don't face any steels? :x

Generally for Tyranitar, you're going with either the band or the scarf set (so the item would be choice band / choice scarf), the issue is however you can't really send it back a generation. So you could go with Brick Break instead of Surf to do what Superpower would somewhat while keeping it an entirely offensive Tyranitar BUT since you trained it in special attack too, it's up to you, but you'll probably need that fighting type attack later on imo.

    Good luck with the subway!
