Battle Team? Opinions Needed.

I don't know much if anything about team building strategy. I just use some of the things I like. I'm going to list the usual pokemon/movelist I battle with and ask for your opinions on them.

Electrode: EV trained in Speed and Special Attack
Thunderbolt, Thunderwave, Charge, Swagger

Espeon: EV trained in Speed and Special Attack
Swift, Hyper Beam, Psychic, Psych Up
(Wasn't sure on moves to give him)

Mismagius: EV trained in Defense and Special Defense
Shadow Ball, Pain Split, Attract, Energy Ball

Snorlax: Not EV trained
Body Slam, Rest, Crunch, Sleep Talk

Kingdra: EV trained in Defense and Special Defense
Ice beam, Brine, Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse
