Well, here's my Wifi Battle tower team. It beat lots of stuff, but can't quite get to rank 3.
So. Help me, mmkay?

The most adorable Pokemon in history. GAWD, just LOOKATIT, seriously. Pokedex: Azelf, the cuteness Pokemon. Its level of cuteness is such that any unwary trainer who witnesses its presence is left hopelessly bereft of life force until it is used on his/her team. Anyway, is thunderbolt better here? I wasted my Grass Knot TM anyway...

Yeah, this shiny, golden- and silver-colored thing, besides simply looking amazing, might be better off with BRICK BREAK. But seriously, who doesn't want their quicksilver Medingross smashing away with his golden arm while hurling thunderous punches? I thought so.

Ugh.... A few words: A hideous, emaciated, cadaverous, corpse-like anorexically skinny "jet-shark?" That's some bad taste, man, but I had to balance out the pristine beauty of the SilverGolden magnificence and nearly-unbearable cuteness above. No strategy of course. Just, um, power up and kill stuff.

It's a special sweeper with adamant nature and 252 Attack EV's ?
It should be modest with 252 Sp Atk Ev's

Metagross :-
If you want to outspeed stuff, it would be better to use agility metagross, Reduce the Speed Ev's and add them to Def/Hp.
Moveset :-
EQ , Thunderpunch , Agility, Meteor Mash

Garchomp :-
Sandstorm is not a good idea,
Replace Sandstorm with fire fang / sword dance.

Sweet! I changed Azie's nature and EV spread (thank goodness I didn't EV train it yet)! Do you think it would be better with Thunderbolt instead of Energy Ball?

For Meta, how many EVs should I add to Defense and HP?

GrrChomp is looking good now!

I changed around the held items. Now Garchomp has Life Orb instead of Choice Band (since he can't Swords Dance with the band). Now Azelf has Focus Sash to prevent those nasty 1-hit KOs.

evs: 156HP/252Atk/104Spd
Moveset : remove hammer arm, add thunderpunch/Explosion.

Azelf - grass knot would be the best option

LOL, that was a bad joke on my part, XD.
Sorry, it was Modest to start with; I accidentally copied Garchomp's EVs/Nature to Azelf's set. But the part about not EV training yet is still true... ;)

About Metagross:

evs: 156HP/252Atk/104Spd

I thought the maximum was 510 EVs, but this is 512! What gives?
