3rd Gen Battle Tower ( Why can't I get in? )

I don't know why I can't get in the Battle Tower, I kept trying I still couldn't go in. The lady talks about having to have a three eligible pokemon, when I think I have them, then one of my pokemon must hold different items. Done, I don't know what i've still done wrong. To be more specific, here's what I mean.

''Excuse me! You don't have three eligible pokemon.''
''You must have three different pokemon of level 50 or less to enter.''
''They also must be holding different items''
''EGGS and Kyogre are ineligible''

Here's my pokemon status:

Tropius - Lv:26
Hold: Burn Heal

Kyogre - Lv50
Hold:Sea Incense

Swampert -Lv59

Hold:Exp.Points

Have I done something wrong that reason I couldn't go in?

[Btw, is there any way I could get to Johto and Kanto on this game.]

Well, looks like you've done several things wrong... answering your own question is the order of this post I see. First thing's first, is none of the uber-pokemon, like Groudon or Rayquaza, or in your case, Kyogre, are permitted in the Battle Tower. Also, that Swampert is illegal cos it's over L50, by 9 levels. The held items seem fine (cos they're different).

And you ask a majorly stupid question now... no you can't get to Kanto or Johto, wait for FR/LG to play in Kanto again, and no Johto unless they do a remake of G/S (doubt they will since most of the Pokemon in Johto are available in Colosseum).

No questions are ever stupid, unless the same person asked the questions twice without thinking. So please don't jump to such "stupid" judgements. Be it going to Jhoto, or even what's the 3 starting Pokemon, they're all valid questions for the ruby/sapphire forum. The only thing is that we ask them to be in the right place, and if it's not included in the FAQ. Otherwise everything is good to go if it's not a repeated question.
