Battle?

I'll battle but what are the standard rules? I'm still new to this, I've only battled once over Wifi.
 
Ok but what do you mean by sleep/species?
Anyways I'm ready to register your code.
 
For example no putting 2 pokemon to sleep at a time. And species clause is just no 2 or more of the same pokemon and my code is in my sig

I registered your code, Also I prefer the microphone to be off as my connection cannot handle it,
any idea how I do that?

(Also my Pokemon aren't strong so don't expect a challenging fight...)
