[Error] Battling NPCs seems to stop them from doing anything except repeating their post-battle line no matter what I add in other pages. How fix?

    Right now when I battle a trainer and win, that's it for that trainer NPC. No matter what I code him to say or do after the battle, he is stuck saying his post-battle line "You're pretty good!" every time I talk to him.

    I've tried adding more instructions before his "Set self-switch A to on" code, and after it. I've tried changing his code on Page 2 (the one he uses if self-switch A is on). I've even tried using a Page 3 on self-switch B and getting him to turn that switch on. Nothing works!

    This answer probably has a very obvious answer. How do I fix this?
