Does anyone want to be in my pokemon story pokemon the race for the legendary pokemon if you do post a reply tell me your persons name, pokemon, and pokemon moves

    Let me snap on this.

First, this thread actually would belong in the Writer's Lounge subforum. Community Questions and Feedback is for questions relating to PC itself. This deals with writing, so into the Writer's Lounge subforum it would go.

Secondly, here at PC it's really not looked upon greatly to ask for characters. For one thing, all you're asking for is basic information that won't really help you write about these members. You might have someone apply who wants to be a hero, but you make them a villain in your story. That'll make them upset. Also, you don't know how these characters' personalities work, so you might simply write them doing something that they will never eve do. That's why it's better to think up your own characters. Or, if you don't want to create characters from scratch, research canon characters. With canon characters, you have their personalities somewhat given to you through the games, anime, or manga that they appeared in. It's like asking for characters, but much easier than getting someone else's characters because you can double-check to see how they act.

Third of all, you can have more control over your characters if you work them in yourself. You know where you need characters to act or do a certain way, and you can figure out which character can perfectly fit there if you have more say in who they are. Like what if all you get for applicants now is people with overpowered Pokemon, but you need someone with weak Pokemon for a certain role?

That all said, it's better to create your own characters or look towards canon characters than to ask for characters like this. It's easier to control then, and you won't have other members getting upset with you if you write them wrong or use them in a way they don't expect.
