Beating Metagross(M/L)

The metal lightning metagross (Has delta control(look at the top 4, reveal one and put it into your hand rest on the bottom) and crush and burn(Steel/Lightning, 30+ 20 for every energy he discards from anyone) I use delta salamence, and my whole deck is water/fire/steel. I have problems dealing with him being able to one-hit-KO all of my pokemon, and I would like to know what the best solution is. He always has metal energy on that guy.

The same deck has a Delta Crobat, which needs answering, too.

Trainers determine the game...at least they did when I played

It's just a pokemon...a single pokemon can't defeat your entire deck can it? if you keep losing to a single card, it's because your deck isn't very good. Plain and simple...

I don't know any new cards, all my knowledge of the cards stops after Neo3...

The deck I used to use the most was a Wigglytuff/Muk/Scyther deck...it worked out because it was always solid with plenty of cards to help myself and inturrupt the opponent. If you keep on losing to the same pokemon, it's not because that pokemon is too strong, it's because your deck isn't tight enough.

Use a EX3 Shedinja. Problem solved.

Nah, the truth is that I never had to beat a Delta Metagross before. I killed the Beldum first.

I need to test it more, the problem seems to be the timing. it feels like i build up faster, and after i ko his guy he brings out the Metagross to sweep up my salamence. After he is gone usually i dont have backup (my deck is based around big guy(salamence or kingdra EX with durability, huge investment[between4-5 energy], usually well-protected) and he knocks him down, because of the high damage potential. It costs him a lot to do but it sets me back to scratch.


I know gust of wind is gone, but are there any legal trainers that can help me bring up the bedlam before it becomes an issue?
