It's where you constantly go to the Emblem Board and persist on an emblem. You might get it if you beg way too much ! But if you do, most mods would prob won't want to give you one.

No, some mod or smod can come find you at a board and if they think you are deserving, they mail you one, and you have to fit their secret requirements

Kinda like avatars on Neo.
