No the male has to know volt tackle and i am 99% that all of the pikachus(that know volt tackle) in the yellow forest are all females

Actually yours both right... you can get it both of those ways. Trust me. I use to breed pichu's for people ^_^

The female MUST be holding the lightball or the male must know it as an attack. Simple as that.
And your chances of getting it or even higher is the female and the male both know volt tackle WHILE the female hold lightball also^_^

the yellow forest is a place in the pokewalker to catch alot of pikachus, ones that know surf, fly, volt tackle, and others.
 
no dont say that! you're still a great breeder! you just havent upgraded is all.

*asks in a sneaky whisper* you say youll take one IV breeding request at a time... if you arent doing one right now you would you be willing to do one for a shiny nintales?

ANd Johny i messed up a tad bit but im fixing right now. i should be able to trade in about 7-12 mins if i am lucky
