4th Gen Bedroom Decoration

    Since the introduction of Secret Bases, our characters rooms have become less and less important. Now Lucas/Dawn's room is completely pointless. So who would liek to see the bedroom decoration return.

    I do. I wanna be able to pick how my room looks. Maybe get the trophies for winning the Pokemon League and Defeating Red.
     
    Sorta...I do think that a Virtual Boy would be a little outta place, but I don't wanna see a Wii, at the same time <<. I say yes overall. Think: BIG Garchomp Doll...maybe not.
     
    As cool as it is, I prefer for me that they don't bring back the room decoration idea and keep the Secret Bases. I mean it is cool, but I just don't visit my bedroom very much in the game; I more go the my Secret Bases. Plus, I liked the idea of setting the bases underground, connecting with your friends and putting traps and all, so I rather that over the bedroom decoration.

    I didnt say anything about removing secret bases. I use mine underground. Im just asking if the Bedroom decor should return.
     
    Well if they keep both the bedroom and secret bases in, then yeah sure, I wouldn't mind.
     
    I don't really care to be honest. I mean it is a nice feature, but I can live without it. As long as a I have some form of base that I can completely customize, I'm fine...though this makes me wonder will bases be in HGSS? They weren't in FRLG in any form, so now I'm kinda worried. If your room becomes as customizable as the previous introduced bases, I'll be fine with that instead.​
     
    Above-ground multiplayer anyone?

    It's... too much to hope for right now...
    I like the underground base, and I like the Villa okay, and I wouldn't mind being able to re-do my room either. Moar custom areas mean moar fun for me.
     
    For me, a few room customizations would be cool, but honestly it doesn't bother me whether or not they decide on putting it in. It isn't something that is at the highest point of my list what I would like to have in the game.
     
    Decorating my character's room was one of the most fun parts of the originals for me. I remember doing mystery gift every day to try to get one of those Big Lapras dolls, XD. It was also cool cause you could see it in 3D on Pokemon Stadium 2 (and you could do the mystery gift with the girl on Stadium 2, as well). The R/S/E Secret Bases were okay, I guess. I had fun enough with them, but for some reason I always preferred the room decoration in GSC. Maybe it was because there were just so many dolls and they were too easy to get in RSE that kinda ruined it for me, although I liked that you could create the base anywhere and that you could mix records and battle your friend in their base.
     
    The bedroom decoration making a return would be nice, but if they choose Secret bases over it and allow us to battle our friends in in like how it was done in RSE, then that would be really cool.
     
    To have the room decorations again would be pretty cool. I still don't know how your bedroom is going to look though, so we'll have to wait and see. I just hope this time you could actually go in the bed.
     
    Yeah, it was a fun little feature. A big deal? No but I still enjoyed doing it because it was an extra little thing to mess around with.
     
    IF they allow us to put trophies in our room again, but this time in more places, then that'll be cool to do.
     
    I strongly agree. Though I wouldn't mind if they leave that out and just make secret bases again. I would like to decorate our room more than a secret base though.
     
    Well, there weren't trophies back then, I think, but the trophies you get in DPPt would be deserving for decoration in your room, if it were to return.

    Yeah there were. you got them by trading the Pokemon Stadium 1 Gift Pokemon to GSC. They had the Silver Trophy for R1 Pokes and the Gold Trophy for R2 pokes

    I knew there were trophies, and to think they would like the ones in DPPt, then it would be really cool to see it in a room or secret base. so, I think I'd like for them to add it in again, please.
     
    Yeah, I really like that to return. I also liked how the player's mother would buy dolls from time to time, from the saved money (was fun, because she was the only mother who cared for her child xD)
    On the other hand, secret bases would be neat, but in this remake I'd prefer the room decorations.
     
    I'd simply prefer both of them, like in RSE, you were allowed to decorate your room a little as well as have the secret bases around Hoenn.
