I want it to come back, but it seems like there is going to be the underground passages instead. Take a look at the picture.

The picture here still doesn't confirm that there will be an Underground like what we had in Sinnoh. Even though it's a similar appearance as the air filters, it can't be 100% sure of as yet. Some say it could be street lamps in a different design. Though, no less, even if we have the Underground, that still shouldn't stop them from adding the room customization feature. They allowed it still with RSE for plushies, even after were were allowed Secret Bases.

Some game players have a tendency to go back to their house every once in a while, so it wouldn't be a complete waste. Though, ues for many that do take advantage of their house, it will be a fun feature for them. I myself may play around with it, if brought back to the remakes.

It's the same thing with the secret bases from R/S/E and D/P/Pt. It's not like the player stayed in the secret base all the time in those games, but it was still a fun thing to do in the game for those that like doing it.

Besides, the dolls that Mom bought with the money she saved was a good way to use the money. =P

It's a fun feature, and purely optional. You don't have to decorate your room, but those that do, can.

If they had it like RSE where you could do a little of both, sure. However, I'm not sure how they'd fit in Secret Bases. I don't think there'd be an Underground, and I'm not sure if they'd add the above-ground things like in RSE. Actually I'd probably be happy with just the bedroom since I always forget where my Base is, in both generations =P

Even though some may care for the bedroom design alone, there are a few who still would want in the secret bases. Sure not everyone may use them, and not everyone may go to them frequently, but it'll still be a plus to bring back either the secret bases or the underground bases as a lot of people may have enjoyed them. Overall, them bringing back both options will be a brighter choice for the game and the players would have less complaints about things they liked being removed that was introduced after GSC.
