It was in a thread where he called Andy something I am not going to repeat here, and yes, he got repeated warnings over and over again, NinGi.

Well in that case he really deserves it... I guess I didn't know his 'Dark side' >_<

Anyways, yeah he had kind of a temper, but I know many people who liked him (including me). Did he at least receive official warnings? o.o Not to question your authority, but I'd kind of miss him... =/

Yep, Kylie told me that she wanted him banned because he had already been warned like 5 times, and he never took them seriously. I talked to him about it on MSN once, and he didn't take any of them seriously.

I was going to a start a topic on why he was banned. But, then I found this one. Anyway, I hope his perm ban is re-thought, because he reall was a good member who contributed a lot to PC. Very few people could really best him at pokemon. I believe PC lost one of their more valued members in the banning of LH. He spent alot of his time on PC I doubt he would have wanted to get banned from here. I'm pretty sure he didn't do any of the things he was banned for without aggravation. Either that or he was drunk.

It doesn't matter if he was a really big contributor. He didn't follow the rules. I don't think anybody is above the laws in this forum.

I think that it is sad to see a member so 'involved' in the community banned, but, if he was doing what was said (and I do believe he did, the staff has no reason to lie) then he deserves to be banned. ^^; But that's just my two cents there. ~origin

before you all explode with the "OMFG why is Lion Heart banned OMFG!?!?" threads, I'll save you the trouble and tell you now...

1. Constant, constant, constant flaming. He flamed Me, he flamed Andy, he flamed Kylie...and that's just a few of the staff he flamed...

It was never constant flaming, the only flaming I done was in the T-Dome, and you restricted my access, you can't possibly kick a dog when he's down could you?
I never flamed Andy, and even when I called him a prick it was all in good fun, over the "XD" thing, Andy never took offense to it either, it's in his Fan Club, look it up.

2. Spamming up almost every thread he touched that involved someone he didn't like.

No I didn't, I think this is simply some way of Ryan getting revenge on me for expposing him as a cheat in tne elections, it doesn't help with you as a Praetor having a personal dislike for me.
You let your dislike for me in general effect your decision - Something someone in power should never do.

3. Overall making the lives of the staff a living hell...

If by this you meant I never backed down when I've been in the right then so be it.
I haven't constantly PMd any of you guys, haven't annoyed you people or anything so I don't get how I am able to make your life a 'living hell'.

No I didn't.
The only warnings I've had were one from ages ago from Claire, and another one a little more recent from Kylie over a Billy Joe thing.
I've had 0 warnings for flaming.

Seems quite obvious to me Ryan was wrong, I seriously have NOT be warned for flaming, and I have no idea where he pulled the number 6 from.

Before you go and ban this name aswell, I want the members of PC to know this was entirely uncalled for, and is a personal thing Dakota has against me.

I have absolutely no doubt in my mind Ryan complained to him because I exposed Ryan for cheating, and with Dakota already not liking me, he felt this gave him reason to ban me.

It did not give reason to ban me, the entire conversation in which Ryan was exposed was infront of Jorge and Ty, they can even say that all in all I came off on the good side of things.

For these reasons I'm asking you unban my Lion Heart name, and I want Dakota to not have authority over what happens.

As he has a personal dislike for me, I feel that's a pretty biased source, can the staff without Dakota please re-think what's happened.

I knew this would happen. OK listen people, I have no doubts that LH contributed to the areas in which he was good at. I heard he was extremely good at Pokemon, and I have no doubts that he was. Heck, he coulda been the best for all I know, but that does not excuse the fact of the matter. LH broke the rules, he was warned. He got his access restricted, and still broke the rules. He got more warnings, and still he broke the rules. What would you do to a constantly insubordinant member? I don't care how good at pokemon he was, he broke the rules and never showed any remorse.

So that's why I banned him. fin...
