Begginer seeking practice!

Hi I am new and only have the basic trainer card template. I am looking for easy requests just for practice. Info I need:

Name:
Pokemon (1-6):
Badges:
Sprite (Include Link!):
Background (Include Link):

For the template I use I want to give credit to Artic Wish.
For the badges I give credit to Castrainer.
