    Movie Regigas (Ten'imura)

    I'm interested in the Shiny Milotic, but what are its details? EV trained/EVs? nature, stats, levels, moves, characteristic, OT, Sheen, Ribbons? Basically everything
    Note that I will only trade the Manaphy for the Milotic though since the other three are far greater in rarity.
