I don't know the IV's, but I do know the ev's. :<

Altaria: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Miltank: 240 HP / 84 Def / 184 Spe

I'm not sure what Shovel's Latios means. Is that an event, or someone from this board? Same goes for 10jahre Latios. Sorry for my ignorance.
