    Where do I find the berry masters wife? Also I have just started playing ruby which is my first GBA Pokemon game. Are there any hints or tips some could give me to make my pokemone level up faster? Then can someone tell me where the berry master is?

    She's in the same room as the Berry Master.
     
    The Berry Master (and his lovely wife) can be found in a cottage on Route 123. The best way to get there is to Surf east from Mauville to Route 118 and continue east until you run into it.

    To level up your Pokemon faster, feed them Rare Candies or leave them at the Daycare Center where they earn 1 Exp Point for every step you take. Another good way to level up faster is to trade Pokes from another game, but since this is your first one you probably will have to wait to do that.
