THe 47 is Attack actually. The moves are: Aromatherapy, Seismic Toss, Softboiled, and Thunder Wave. The HP is 712. I alse have another non-listed EV trained Blissy with the moves Seismic Toss, Softboiled, Ice Beam, Thunder Wave. The stats are 714/23/118/186/306/138.

event pokemon are pokemon with a specific OT and ID that either nintendo distributed (Official events)or a fan distributed (fan-made events)
EV trained pokemon are one that have been trained using effort values. If you don't know what that is, you probely don't have one.
