ok as the title says this is about the top 6 water pokemon NO LEDGENDARIES in my opion they are

    1: Kingdra
    2: Gyrados
    3: milotic
    4: Feraligator
    5: Blastoise
    6: empolion

What are your opions feel free to argue or state opinoins and remeber NO LAGENDARIES

Though Kingdra has beautiful typing it lacks a decent movepool. Sure it gained a new Dragon move it can play around with for STAB (Dragon Pulse) but I'd much rather see a recovery move on it.

So I dont think Kingdra should rank as number one.

I think Empoleon should be a spot or two higher. It can be a mean Pokemon when given a good moveset. It's typing is pretty good as well. The only thing is, you need to do a lot of breeding to get an Empoleon to it's max potential. I won't ever have my dream Empoleon unfortunately. (Unless there is a TM for Aqua Ring I somehow managed to miss.) I want it to know...

    Toxic
    Aqua Ring
    Protect
    Surf

Unless you're a complete idiot, you can tell that's a pretty nasty combination. The only problem is, Empoleon doesn't learn Aqua Ring...you have to breed it. -.-

Water Pokemon that are definately in the top six. (not in any particular order)

    -Milotic
    -Gyarados
    -Starmie
    -Ludicolo
    -Swampert
    -Feraligator

    I. Milotic
    II. Seadra
    III. Swampert
    IV. Vaporeon
    V. Feraligatr
    VI. Blastoise

Arranged in order of most beautiful. Actually Vaporeon clearly sucks, get a Glaceon.

    Mine would be.

    1: Blastoise
    2: Feraligator
    3: Swampert
    4: Empoleon
    5: Vaporeon
    6: Lapras

Kingdra, Starmie, Milotic, Gyarados, Swampert, Empoleon. Those're my favorite six.

    Mine are:
    -Swampert
    -Gyarados
    -Milotic
    -Kingdra
    -Starmie
    -Empoleon

ok let's say we're talkin' waters
    no second-types. Just waters.
I reckon It'd have to be:
    1: Milotic
    2: Blastoise
    3: Vaporeon
    4: Feraligatr
    5: Lapras
    6: dunno for a 6th.. maybe a Politoad?

I think everyone would agree that Milotic and Blastoise definately have to be in the top 6

Maybe Kingdra shouldn't be number one, but it has become quite a formidable Pokémon with the coming of D/P due to Draco Meteor and Choice Specs. A Kingdra with Sniper and Choice Specs can OHKO or deal serious damage to a Blissey if it gets a critical hit with Draco Meteor and that says alot.
I think everyone would agree that Milotic and Blastoise definately have to be in the top 6
I think best was meant here as ''best in battle'' and Blastoise isn't even close to being in the top 6 best Water types in battle. I love Blastoise's design, but even I have to face the facts and admit that there are far more useful Water types.

    My list would be:

    - Swampert
    - Starmie
    - Suicune
    - Milotic
    - Sharpedo (Say what ever you want about its low defenses. I've learned that even though it's ranked UU in the tiers list, it's still extremely useful in OU battles.)
    - Vaporeon

And the first one to say ''ZOMG! Suicune are legendarey!!!!!!!!'' will lose a whole bunch of coolness points in my eyes. Suicune isn't uber and therefore I treat it like any other non-uber Pokémon. If legendaries aren't allowed on this list because they're ''too powerful'' people need to wake up and smell the coffee because there are many OU Pokémon that are much stronger than, for example, the legendary birds, legendary beasts, regis (Regice is actually the only good one of those. x_x) etc.

Oh, and this list isn't based of the tier list, it's based on my personal experiences with those Pokémon in competitive battles.

Fair enough, I actually agree with you
If you mean best in battle then your right
    but I still like Blastoise
and hes not too bad in battle
he has a pretty strong defense
    Not sure about sharpedo though..
Never had much luck with that one

    Starmie=I love it stats
    Kingdra=Great stats
Gyrados=Why is the pokemon a flying type and can't learn flying moves. Unless its to strong and needs twice the weakness to electric
Ludicolo=Its a grass type to come on now
    Empolean=Stell is nice good attacks
Blastoise=I just like it it looks cool

Last time I checked Lapras was Water/Ice. XD

I agree, Blastoise isn't too bad in battle, but the thing is that Suicune, Swampert and Milotic are much better at tanking, which is what Blastoise does best. That won't change the fact that Blastoise will always remain one of my favorite Water types, though.
