Best Contest Pokemon

So I wanted to ask..What's the best contest pokemon?
What poffins should I feed him/her and what I make these poffins of?
What moves should it have?
I don't care what type of contest, and what themed or whatever.
Oh and also what Items should I get for dressing him/her up?

My Master Rank contest winning Jynx for the Beauty contest went something like this:
Moves:
Lovely Kiss (prevents Voltage drop)
Powder Snow (basic move)
Mean Look (lowers all Voltage by 1)
Ice Punch (+2 in first turn)

As for making Poffins, the best results come from these berries: Spelon, Pamtre, Watmel, Durin and Belue. Match the colour of the flavour (Blue for Beauty, red for Cool, etc) and use as many higher level Poffins as you can (L25+ ideally), or if you have access to Emerald you can use the Berry Master Pokeblocks of L50+ and build up their stats that way then Pal Park across.
