  • What's your best combo in Double Battles?
    My combos so far are

    =======
    Clefable(or any Follow-Me users Pokémon) & Umbreon(or other attack type Pokémon that uses damage-amplifying moves)

    Clefable
    >Follow Me

    Umbreon
    >Body Slam
    >Quick Attack
    >Curse
    >Crunch

    First, I uses follow me then build up Curse then just keep on using follow me and curse then kill 'em all with Body Slam!

    ======

    Flying Type/Levitating Pokémon & Earthquake user

    I think I should not explain this one xD it is too common and obvious

    ======

    What's yours? C'mon! Share your hidden combos and spread the word! :D

    Personally, I've always liked the combination of Spore and Hyper Beam.

    Back when I had Pokémon Ruby and participated in double-battles, I used to have Breloom and Gyarados leading my team, and with these moves, they would wreak havoc together. Breloom would put one of the opponent's Pokémon to sleep with Spore, making it unable to land any move. Then, Gyarados would use Hyper Beam on the other and make it faint instantly. This way, it generally becomes pretty easy when it comes to defeating foes.

    This combo might not be that great competitively, but in-game, it's not so bad. Hyper Beam does force Gyarados to recharge afterward, but Breloom's always there to keep it in-check and make sure that the Pokémon doesn't wind up getting damaged.
