Ok. I am EV training pokemon but I don't know what spread to use for these pokemon

Roselia, Mild. Already has 225 Speed EVs, thinking about having 145 Sp. A and 80 Def
    Magical Leaf
    Solar Beam
    GrassWhistle OR Petal Dance
    Synthesis

    Ralts, Rash. No EVs
    Psychic
    Future Sight
    ???
    ???

    Geoodude, Mild. No EVs
    Magnitude
    rock throw
    earthquake
double edge (it has Rock head ability)

Any suggestions for my moves or EVs are appreciated
    Thanks

    Suggestion below in bold:
Ok. I am EV training pokemon but I don't know what spread to use for these pokemon

Roselia, Mild. Already has 225 Speed EVs, thinking about having 145 Sp. A and 80 Def
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Magical Leaf/Giga Drain
    Leech Seed
    Substitute/Toxic
    Synthesis

Don't bother with Def EVs, especially with a -Def nature. Put it all in SAtk and Spd. Also, avoid using crappy two-turn moves Solarbeam. Magical Leaf is just fine, but Giga Drain could be better, although its low PP leaves a lot to be desired. Substitute or Toxic is personal preference. If you have Leftovers, between that and Leech Seed, a Sub is practically free. Toxic however can put a timer on your opponent while Roselia can abuse HP recovery. Overall, Roselia is mainly just a novelty Pokemon. Just too many better options, but to each their own.

Ralts, Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk) or Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk). No EVs
    EVs: 56 HP / 252 SAtk / 200 Spd
    Psychic
    Calm Mind
    Hypnosis
    Thunderbolt

Standard Gardevoir. DO NOT use Rash, or any other -SDef nature for that matter. Its high SDef is one of its strong suits, and is also what gives it an edge over Alakazam. Basic strategy is Hypnosis to put opponent to sleep, Calm Mind up, and then destroy things with a boosted STAB Psychic or a boosted Thunderbolt.

Geoodude, Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk). No EVs
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
    Explosion
    Rock Slide
    earthquake
double edge (it has Rock head ability)

Another bad nature. Lowering its Def while not providing any kind of other bonus is a waste. Maxing out HP EV increases its Def, making it pretty solid against against physical attacks. Rock Slide is a good STAB attack and Explosion will take down even the most stubborn opponents, at the cost of your Golem.

Any suggestions for my moves or EVs are appreciated
    Thanks
Personally, I would go Ludicolo over the barely average Roselia, but this isn't my team. Good luck.

Then get Milotic or drop Golem and add Swampert. I would also add Swellow to fully round out your team. Even adding Shroomish and breeding for Spore would be better than Roselia, but it is your team.
