    What would you consider the best products, dumps, programs, tools, etc to be the best of it's kind? I am asking because, one, I am new to ROM hacking and two, I thought it would be a nice conversation.
     
    Well, I found a huge dump of random tools and it's really helped seeing how they all work unlike the standalone versions.
    It won't let me post a link but just look up "gen 3 tool pack"
