I voted Lugia but I have shifted my vote to the greatest: Mewtwo. Suicune, Articuno, and Lugia are sweet, but Mewtwo is the very first superpower in pokemon. It was almost invincible in its movie and was the standard of power in pokemon. I don't like the D/P legendaries. I think they're unoriginal. Mewtwo was feared and cool. His movepool is also great and his godly stats were awesome!

Strongest: Reluctantly, I'll say Arceus. Judgement, base 140 in all stats... I must concede to its might!

Best: Darkrai. As the only Dark legendary, it pwns most of those horrible Psychic ubers!

Favorite: Darkrai. I... love... dark... types. *Hurts the next person to utter the word "goth" or "emo"*

Due to its victory in 2 out of 3 categories, Darkrai earns my heavily biased vote.

Wow, I keep seeing these threads but I think the best legendary is Dakrai it's Awesome I have a friend that used him as a Physical sweeper Didnt turn out that bad.

Mew is my favorite legendary, Can learn all the moves and the status points aren't that bad, plus he/she's cute!

Surely the fact that he was created using a legendary Pokemons DNA counts for something. If he has equal or greater power than Mew the legend, and he is one of a kind, then he surely qualifies as a legend.

It can go either way. I mean Mewtwo was a fairly recent creation, but he certainly made his mark. I personally would class him as a legendary Pokemon. Look at his power.
