4th Gen Best place to chain Shinx?

    I'm chaining with my Electabuzz with Static above Sandgem town, but I can't manage to hold a chain over 15.

    Any suggestions?
     
    id go with route 202 theres only 3pokemon there durin the afternoon includin shinx, which gives you a 33% chance of gettin shinx
    with static it doubles your chances ^_~

    Yep, route 202 has a nice big patch of grass that I tried to use before, I got up to 37 before a Bidoof ruined it. >_>

    I had a chain of 39 voltorb (Which is STILL my highest from about 1-2 years ago.) that was ruined by a Pokemon.
    I quit chaining after that.

    im tryin to chain sentrets lol, which are harder lol
     
    Yeah, anything is hard to chain effectively IMO.
    Do you happen to know the cap for the highest percent chance of getting a shiny?
