Only place I could find referenced when I looked the things up on the English side of the web with regards to specifically carrying pre-orders that I personally trusted. Doesn't mean there aren't other places, though.
You could also look into proxy buying services (like Tenso) in Japan to pre-order from somewhere like amazon.co.jp .
