3rd Gen Best place to train for Attack (or SpAtk) EVs?

    My Nosepass in Sapphire needs more attack, or special attack. Where would be a good place that have alot of Pokémon that carry these EVs.

    I'm not asking for a specific location. I'm asking for multiple routes, caves, etc.
     
    Attack in Mt. Pyre against Shuppet and Sp. Atk. against Spinda and Slugma on the ashy route.
    Although I might add that Nosepass isn't exactly the Pokemon to train if you want "POW". It's got the Base Attack of a Wurmple.
     
    Thanks. I wanted to train it in its weak stats, just so you know.

    Oh, and POW was just a joke I put in my user title, it didn't mean what you thought.
