I loved Pokemon The Movie 2000! :D My second choice would be Pokemon:Jurachi Wishmaker. I liked the song, "This Side of Paradise." from the 7th movie. I was also fond of Melody too. ^^
 
Jirachi The Wish Maker, Destiny Deoxys, Pokemon 3 are my favourites from top (most fav) to the bottom.

Best Pok?mon Movie/s - 1) Celebi: Voice of the Forest, (An actual plot finally merged out of the turgid trio of movies and played on a theme of subtlety, which is rare for this series, complete with a unique Legendary who wanted to interact with humanity and have more of a personality ((and a personal favorite)). Another first. Plus the villain was an elite Rocket and deepening Team Rocket's prominence as the villains of the movies, as they were by extension by Mewtwo's characterization in the first movie). 2) Pokemon Heroes (The subtle romance angle and visual themes playing on the exotic and the popular Annie/Oakley duo spiced up the soup nicely. 3) Mewtwo Strikes Back (The Team Rocket connection only as it was feasible for such a Pokemon like Mewtwo to be created only as a bio weapon for a criminal organization like the Rockets).

2. Movies with best CGI use - 1) Destiny Deoxys (the Blobbo robots were amusing and a nice homage to Nintendo's old platformers in the final scene). 2) Pokemon Heroes (the CGI vineyard in the chase sequence is amusing.) Not counting Mewtwo Strikes Back, as it was one too many gratuities.

3. Best Mini-movie (one vote) - Gotta Dance (The Advance Rocket Pokemon were wonderfully characterized and exceptionally wacky, with the animation. A wonderful finale to the shorts focusing on the Pokemon that got the least exposure in the shorts: the Rocket Pokemon.)

4. Must-have Pok?mon Movie/s - 1) Celebi: A Voice in a Forest, for the full package. 2.) Mewtwo Strikes Back (for extras and the Rockets' role). 3) Jirachi Wish Maker (Magma's role and seeing Diana's mini skirts).

5. Movie/s not worth seeing - Jirachi Wish Maker (for being so spliced up).

6. Best dub music (This is the music that plays throughout the movies, but vote this for the dub versions of 1, 2 and 3. The rest after have no dub music...) (one vote) - If it wasn't so overplayed in the series, Dub 1, otherwise, Dub three. The Misty/Molly battle mostly did it for me.

7. Area in the movie you like (choose ONLY one): New Island, Shamouti Island and other islands, Greenfield, Arborville, Altomare, the fair of the Seven Nights of the Wishing Star, LaRousse City) - Team Rocket's base in Mewtwo Strikes Back, for what little is seen.

8. Most heroic out of the main characters (Ash, Misty, Brock, Tracey, May or Max), state movie, PICK ONLY ONE. - (No one there heroic, so pass. But I'd say James until the fourth movie.)

9. Best special movie characters (like Bianca!) (you may pick more than one). 1) Diane, for wanting to love Butler despite his revenge fantasies, 2) Dr. Fuji, besides his regret in playing God before his passing at Myuutsu's hands, his warped love for his daughter and care for her despite her dying many times, and degrading himself to assort himself with the likes of Sakaki for his daughter stands out most. 3) Vicious for his grand ambition to rule the Rockets, despite his horrible fashion choice and personal decisions.

10. Best music played in the movie (one vote) - Mewtwo Strikes Back dub: Mewtwo's suit up scene with Giovanni feeding him lies. Wonderfully sinister with tinges of the technological feel to the theme, and playing on the theme of the movie (technology, or cloning here, being warped for evil purposes.)

11. Best beginning theme in the movie - Will re-edit once I hear them.

12. Best ending music at the movie - Will re-edit once I hear them.

The best one is the first movie! It's the only one I've actually seen more than once, and I enjoyed it loads.
