    I know there is the official software, but it is not for free, If I understood well >.>

    I saw there are some other softwares around and they are for free, but I would like to ask you....which one is the best one?

    PS. I don't know what COTW is :|

    Anyway, I think the best free software is Bebesearch and Playtcg.com - you use the former to create a deck and the latter to use the deck.
