Best recording option in VBA

    Hi folks, what is the best option to select when recording gameplay from VisualBoyAdvance? The options I have are:

    Microsoft RLE
    Microsoft Video 1
    Inte IYUV codec (this is listed twice for some reason)
    Cinepack codec by Radius
    Full Frames (Uncompressed)*

    *I assume this is what most people use, but the sound goes out of sync near the end of the clip!

    Well i use Full Frames (Uncompressed), but for me the sound has never gone out of sync well for what i know it has not.
