Question: Best ROM hack?

Hey guys! I downloaded an emulator on my android and I played shiny gold. Unfortunately i found out it was not finished the hard way.

So my question to the Pokecommunity is:
What is voted the best pokemon ROM hack that is available for emulators?

It must be a finished version!

Please help!

Hiiro walked into the Community Questions & Feedback forum and noticed a peculiar thread. Looking at its bold title, he realized suddenly that this specific thread was indeed in the wrong forum. Thinking quickly, he assumed someone must have missed the permanent notice stuck on top of the board.
