- Hypnosis
- Bug Buzz
- Protect
- Hidden Power(Fire)
Nature: Hasty/Naive/Modest/Mild/Timid... a lot any that boosts Sp Atk or Speed without reducing each other
Item : Focus Sash or Life Orb

Sporepunch Breloom is great. Spore + Focus Punch.

Gengar makes a fantastic sweeper with Hypnosis.
As well Milotic is a great walling pokemon with Hypnosis.

That's a baaaad Noctowl set. His atk is toooo low for Zen Headbutt, and should instead spend her time crippling teams with indirect damage.

Itachi, if you are referencing my team, it might not work for him. Noctowl can be hard to use. Yes, Brozong could help.

Crobat works well... it's fast, has a great support movepool (Hypnosis, Toxic, Mean Look, Haze, Confuse Ray etc)

Only thing is its rather frail
