As we all know, there are many card games that try and make it big in the States. However, most of them don't make it big, or die within a matter of a few years. So here's the question: What's your favorite TCG that seems to have disappeared off the face of the Earth?

Shoot outs! Dunno if they were out in USA but they were a football tcg of the premier league which everyone collected, each player had a rating of up to five stars which were really rare but so thick and cool, pretty much everyone wanted to get all 18 players of their team and also the other 19 teams, it went for about 5 years but as each year went by the quality reduced, it was more in the collecting than the playing, so much nostalgia...

    Duel Master :)
It was like MTG but more anime-ish look and the SHIELDS for Life Points was awesome :D

Some sort of Gundam TCG. (Seed i think, but it might have been a diffrent generation)

    Oh, and Naruto.

Completely off subject but when i was looking at all the games cards and stuff that Walmart had for sell i found something that I just laughed at. A lot.

Justin Beiber trading cards. $2 for a pack of... 10 I think.

Edit - Dragon Ball Z anyone?

    Duel Master :)

yeah it was bloody awesome andi liked it cos of the strategy and all

Last time I checked, there was a Duel Master tournament here in our place. So I wouldn't say it really flopped. :/

It definitely flopped in America, though. You don't see it anywhere here anymore, not even at Gen Con.

Personally I wanted to see the Zatch Bell game, but being an anime-based game, it kinda died really quick. I think there was also the VS system as well that I wanted to try out, but no one really plays anymore that I've seen.

I missed Digimon it was awesome it just got over shadowed by Pokemon TCG which Pokemon did overshadow Digimon completly after 2003 or earlier it's just the Digimon people weren't either trying harder enough or something happened. And Duel Masters were awesome like a kid version of MTG.

Digimon is still booming in Japan; it's just not very popular in the western world because Pokemon is a lot more popular than Digimon here, unfortunately.

Too bad Chaotic TCG flopped. It actually took strategy to build armies and what gears and mugics and stuff or else you'll get your butt handed to you, and you get to play online too looooool. But still I just copped a bunch of them in Wal-mart since they were in clearance.

I still play Duel Masters in my VBA :'(
    Bolshock Dragon was bomb.

Hah ha yeah, I liked Duel Masters actually.
(The anime asn't too bad either)

Haven't seen any for sale in years though, so I assume it's finished.

Still play a couple of the GBA games every now and again though...
